EFB220 Erco Flange Machine

Ercolina model EFB220 Flanging Machine uniformly cold forms a variety of materials including stainless, steel, copper and aluminum to 90° flanges in tubes 3/4″ to 8-3/4″ diameter. Innovative forming process uses a series of double conical tools to minimize deformation of the flange resulting in greater accuracy and less post-forming operations. Two new Ercolina EFB220 Erco Flange models available! The EFB220 (standard) is now available in Manual or Semi Automatic modes featuring the new TCPlus control that allows you to program every detail of the flange allowing the machine to do the rest. The mechanical stop will now be a standard feature and automatic lubrication has been added. The all-new EFB220-AUT Automatic flanger allows you to program the work cycle and equip the machine with a robot for loading and unloading tube. A laser has been added to the front of the machine to manage the work area. Adjustable work piece stop reduces the need for additional finish passes.
