Features The standard features of the Accurpress HT combines technology and efficient material handling options to make big jobs easier to accomplish. All aspects of our High Tonnage machines are designed to be reliable, flexible and perform in the most demanding conditions. These machines can also be customized for specific applications. Remote Hydraulics: Hydraulics are installed on the exterior of the side frames, opening up the back of the machine and removing potential obstructions when forming a large plate. Y1/Y2 Proportional Hydraulic Technology: The Accell HT has the latest in proportional hydraulic technologies allowing for positional accuracy of 0.0004”. Machine reliability is monitored via a Safety PLC. Generous Open Height/Stroke: The Accell HT line comes standard with impressive ram open heights and stroke lengths to provide flexibility for complex part designs. Machine Controls: The powerful and easy to use Vision Control comes standard with all Accell HT models. The Vision Screen features a robust control head complete with keyboard/ mouse tray and an additional USB port. Optional ETS3000 Control: This option offers consistency for shops already familiar with the ETS3000 control. Ram Tool Clamping Systems: The Ram is manufactured with Hardened Clamps or can be machined to accept optional Hydraulic clamping systems. Titan Backgauge: The Titan is the worlds strongest backgauge! It has been designed by Accurpress to withstand the highest shock loads from heavy material like no other gauge can do. Offering up to 6-axes X1/X2, R1/R2, Z1/Z2 for Accell HT models. Optional Adjustable Power Lock Die: This optional tool system offers power lock/unlock, CNC Crowning and is fully adjustable within a range of bottom v-opening positions. Supreme Backgauge The Supreme backgauge is Accurpress’ 6-axis gauging system that meets the challenges of today’s complex sheet metal parts and fast-paced production environments. Constructed from a one-piece rugged steel platform that is isolated from machine ram movements, the Supreme backgauge maintains its accuracy and strength over the lifetime of the machine. Titan Backgauge The Titan backgauge is the world’s strongest backgauge built specifically for large tonnage Accurpress models. Every component for the Titan, including the oversized gauging fingers, has been engineered and sized to withstand huge shock loads and massive forces. This rugged backgauge features servo-drive motors, lifetime lubricated precision linear bearings and an unsurpassed ability to handle the heaviest of structural plate applications. System can be designed to handle bigger part sizes The max size for this cell in the video below is 16 ft x 8 ft. Accurpress has the solutions to meet the unique demands of Pole Bending applications. Options Premium Front Support Arms: These front support arms come in 24” and 36” lengths and are fully adjustable for different tooling heights and thicknesses. The bottom Foot Disk allows the operator to easily adjust the height of the support arm while the top support piece can be adjusted front to back depending on the desired position. These support arms are mounted on a linear rail for the smooth and accurate positing left to right on the press brake. Both sizes feature angle gauging, squaring bars and disappearing stops. Sheet Followers: The Accurpress Sheet Following System is a move-able support table that lifts and supports material during the bending motion. It is fully synchronized with the ram bend speed and desired angle and can support a load capacity of 500lb per sheet follower. Descent speed and activation of the Sheet Following System are fully programmable by the operator. Titan Sheet Followers: The Titan Sheet Following System is a move-able support table that is built for heavy plate applications. It is fully synchronized with the ram bend speed and desired angle and can support a load capacity of 1500lb per sheet follower. The Titan Sheet Followers make it easier, faster, and much safer to form thick heavy plate materials on large press brakes. Adjustable Power Lock Die: This optional tool system is automatic and fully adjustable within a range of bottom v-opening positions. Changes to the v-opening can be made in seconds with the Vision or ETS3000 control. Tandem Mode: All Accell HT Models can be installed in Tandem, where two or more machines operate as one. During operation, the machine controls are electronically connected to exchange information for fully synchronized forming. This flexible package offered by Accurpress provides the press brake operator the luxury of choosing single machine operation or tandem via a simple selector switch. Additional Stroke Lengths/Open Height: This upgrade package provides optional additional Open Height and Stroke Lengths. Accurpress Crowning Die Holder: The Accurcrown system is available for all Accell models. This Crowning Die Holder is manufactured with a series of precision wedges providing a uniform crown, which may be adjusted manually or power interfaced to the Accurpress CNC system. Safety Systems Operator safety is of the utmost importance to Accurpress. We offer many options to meet the safety requirements of your forming applications. Fiessler AKAS 3F: The Fiessler Laser Guarding System protects the operator from the pinch point hazard of closing tooling. The Fiessler system transmits 3 lasers across the tooling area and monitors any interference as the parts are formed. In the event of an unplanned obstruction in the laser area, the ram is immediately stopped, thereby protecting the operator. Lazersafe Sentinel: Lazersafe Sentinel is a Safety System offered on the Accurpress HT models that incorporate a continuous dual-beam laser field protection zone directly below the punch tip. The Accurpress will immediately stop if any obstruction is detected when the ram is in motion. This system is most efficient up to 32’ ram/bed lengths. Lazersafe Sentinel Plus: The Lazersafe Plus includes a dual beam system with a camera as a receiver that recognizes and monitors the silhouette of the punch. The Plus has the added benefit of allowing the ram to operate in fast speeds closer to the pinch point. This system is most efficient up to 18’ ram/bed lengths. A Sentinel Plus HL system is available for Accurpress models 20’ and longer in length. Rear Guarding: This is a standard feature for all Accurpress HT models that have an Elite or Titan Backgauge. A metal fixture with a gate and a safety interlock switch is installed and safely blocks operator access to the backgauge area. If the operator needs to access the back of the machine, the interlock switch on the gate will prevent the machine from turning on when the door is opened.
