The Accell U Upgrade Package press brake builds on the already impressive standard features of the Accell E machine to provide even more functionality and flexibility. This specialized machine can handle any forming challenge or production run with ease. Throat Depth: 16” Throat Depth on machines up to 250 ton models. 18” Throat Depth on 350-500 ton models. Double Bending Speed: An added bonus with the U-model package is the two-speed bending feature which increases from 24 to 48 IPM. This feature is available on the 575xx to 5500xx models. Control Screen Upgrade: The Vision Screen is displayed on an industrial landscape monitor complete with keyboard/mouse tray and an additional USB port. Optional ETS3000 Control: This option offers consistency for shops already familiar with the ETS3000 control. Extra Stroke Length: The Upgrade Package means 14-inches of Ram Stroke Length to provide generous allowances for the variation in precision punch heights and special forming applications. Optional Ram Stroke Lengths are available beyond the standard 14-inch upgrade package. Material Comp Feature: Material Thickness Sensing, Teach Crowning and Pressure Compensation all provide real-time positional adjustments based on material variance. Premium Backgauge The Premium backgauge is Accurpress’ standard backgauge, available for all makes and models of press brakes. This backgauge comes standard with 2 power axis (X, R) and manual Z1/Z2 fingers. .Available in lengths from 6’ to 24’, the Premium backgauge is built with large section extrusions and roller carriage castings that maintain strength and accuracy over the life of the machine. Available upgrades for the PREMIUM gauge: Power Z1/Z2 Axis (makes the premium a 4 Axis CNC gauge) Extended travel. This option will extend the standard 24” of X Axis travel to 39” X Prime (Manual and powered). This option can make one of the fingers move +/- 1 inch on the X Axis for offset gauging applications Additional Z fingers. With manual Z1/Z2 fingers, additional fingers can be installed on the gauge for multipoint gauging. Elite Backgauge The Elite backgauge offers full 6-axis part gauging via 2 independent gauging platforms that are mounted on a linear rail on the back of the bed. This rugged and accurate design combined with flexible gauging options and competitive pricing makes the Elite backgauge your first-choice for full 6-axis gauging. Available upgrades for the ELITE gauge: Pneumatic sheet Supports. This options helps the operator slide material to further back positions of the backgauge. Pneumatic sheet Supports/Sheet Follower. This options helps the operator slide material to further back positions of the backgauge AND will operate as a rear sheet follower to support the material as it rises during forming. Supreme Backgauge The Supreme backgauge is Accurpress’ 6-axis gauging system that meets the challenges of today’s complex sheet metal parts and fast-paced production environments. Constructed from a one-piece rugged steel platform that is isolated from machine ram movements, the Supreme backgauge maintains its accuracy and strength over the lifetime of the machine.
