CPO 275 PK

Scotchman's CPO 275 PK is a manual circular cold saw with a powered clamp and is built for cutting steel. This saw features a double self-centering, air-operated material vise to ensure safe, precise, fast and burr-free cuts. The CPO 275 PK saw has 180° of mitering capabilities and a built-in miter-locking device that makes quick, accurate stops at 45° left, 90° straight, and 45° right. This saw accepts up to a 10-3/4" (275mm) HSS saw blade and can cut 3-3/8" max round tube at 90 degrees and 1-1/2" max solid at 90 degrees. With accuracy within 1° of mitering and a squareness tolerance of ±0.002 per diameter inch in height, the real payoff for this machine is fast, clean and extremely accurate cuts. Features two cutting speeds (LT 30/60 rpm or HT 60/120 rpm), the CPO 275PK also comes with a seven-gallon coolant tank. Pair this machine with a Scotchman digital measuring system to automate the measuring process; simply enter the desired length on the touchscreen and the stop will automatically move to the correct length.
